SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. At “FLORSHEIM”, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 3000. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.

2. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info in my orders section for individual shipping times.

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

4. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Florsheim.in Return Policy

At “Florsheim”, we are committed to customer delight and making online shopping a pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our experts before dispatch. In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and don't fit you right, there is absolutely no need to worry. You can place a return request in my orders section and the product will be picked-up within 5 working days. To be eligible for return, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged “Florsheim” box with all tags attached. The return request should be initiated within 20 days of the delivery of the product.

The “Florsheim” Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product along with the Order number and registered phone number. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order All the emails must be sent to customercare@Florsheim.in mentioning the order number and the problem with the product.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days after the product has been picked-up and will reflect back in your account in 5-7 working days.

I purchased from the store. What if I face a manufacturing defect?

At Florsheim, we stand by the quality of the product we offer to you. Extreme care is taken during the manufacturing process and each footwear is subjected to rigorous quality check norms. In the rare eventuality, if you find a manufacturing defect in the footwear purchased, we would be happy to repair/refinish, replace or exchange the footwear purchased in full MRP, so noticed within 365 days from the date of invoice. Exchange/ Replacement will be at the sole discretion of the company.

Manufacturing defects would mean the following only:

  • Damaged Upper Material
  • Broken / Damaged Sole or Heel
  • Faulty Zippers or Buckles Note:The manufacturing defect policy excludes external damages that has been caused intentionally / un-intentionally / improper usage like:
  • Regular wear and tear due to daily usage
  • Physical damage of upper or sole like Animal bites, Silencer burns, Exposure to sharp/blunt edges etc.
  • Exposure to water/liquid
  • Use of improper cleaning agents or methods

Cancellation Policy

In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. The order status will be made visible in my orders section once the order has been placed by a customer.

Is Cash on Delivery available on florsheim.in?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery for all the orders having a cart value between Rs 1,000 to Rs 10,000.

Is Cash on Delivery available on all products?

Cash on Delivery option is applicable on cart value range. For ex: if your cart value is between Rs 1,000 – 10,000 then that order is eligible for COD.

Is Cash on Delivery option available for all locations (PIN Codes)?

Yes, COD is available for all locations.

Do I need to pay extra if I opt for COD?

No, there is no additional fee for COD. For all orders, under Rs 1500, we charge a nominal fee of Rs 50. Same will be applicable for COD orders as well which are under Rs 1500.

How does the COD payment option work?

While making your purchase, select the Cash on Delivery payment option; you can then pay in cash when our logistics partner delivers your order to you.

Can I pay by card at the time of delivery or only cash payment will be accepted in case of a COD order?

As of now, only cash payment is accepted at the time of delivery.

I had ordered multiple products in one single order but I want to return only one of those products. Can I return a part of my order? If yes, how will my refund work?

Yes you can. Just select the product(s) you want to return and initiate the return right away. You should know that we don’t accept returns of incomplete product combos (for example: In case there is a Buy one get one free combo, free gifts, etc.).

I bought a product on COD but now want to exchange it. How can I do it?

As of now, we don’t have a policy of exchange. You can raise a “return request” for the product. Once your return is picked up, your refund will be initiated. Simultaneously, you can place a fresh order.

I bought a product on COD but now want to return it. How can I do it?

When I am returning a product, do I have to return the free gift that I got with it as well?

Yes. Any freebies/gifts that you received will need to be returned along with the original product.

I had ordered a product/s via COD option but I have now returned the product, how & by when will I get the refund?

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days after the return has been “approved” by FLORSHEIM and will reflect back in your account in another 5-7 business days. Please note refund timelines can vary depending on your bank cycle as well.

What is the mode of payment for refunds?

In case of a COD order refund, FLORSHEIM team will send you a link from CASHGRAM on the registered email id and contact number where-in you can enter your details & choose which account you want the refund in. You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days depending on what mode of refund you have opted for. Please note that refunds cannot be made to third party accounts. This means that the name on your FLORSHEIM account and bank account must match.

How will I know my refund has been initiated?

We will send you an email confirming the initiation of your refund. Your refund should reach you within 5-7 business days after receiving the notification, depending on your bank/mode of transaction.
